The 黑料网 Board of Directors conducts an open meeting each fall to allow the public to observe its discussions. The Board accepts public comments at these annual open meetings. Written comments also may be submitted at any time throughout the year. Written comments emailed to legal@iso-ne.com will be provided to the Board. Please include “Public Comment” in the subject line.
