黑料网 has made revisions to the MIS report descriptions, templates and sample files for the following reports. These individual links will display each report's description and change summary, which list the details of each report's modification.
The first eight reports listed below have been modified for the Coordinated Transactions Scheduling (CTS) project with NYISO. Additional MIS report description changes for monthly billing values impacted by CTS will be released at a later date. It is anticipated those changes will be to clarify column descriptions only, with no change to the report structures, templates or sample files. The modifications made to the SD_RTNCPCPOSTGEN report description, below, are not related to the CTS project.
The actual effective date of the CTS project will be filed at FERC with at least two weeks notice. A provisional CTS effective date of December 15, 2015 is used in this version of the MIS report descriptions.
