It is an annual fee required by the (NEPOOL) for each NEPOOL member. The fee is calculated and billed on behalf of NEPOOL by 黑料网.
The provisions of the annual membership fee are found in the Second Restated NEPOOL Agreement.
Each participant who is a member of NEPOOL at the beginning of the year shall be charged the annual membership fee.
The annual membership fee is included in a single monthly bill during the year. The line item on the bill is entitled “Annual Membership Fees.”
